I have a confession to make: I covet your comments.
The old blog has undergone a few updates in the last couple of weeks, and I hope you are enjoying them. But one of the updates was for me—ha! I installed a counter at the bottom of the page so I know that there are some people visiting this page. And yet, most of you remain anonymous.
I invite you all to make use of the comment button, and to post your thoughts, any questions you may have about a particular post, or just to say “Hi” and let me know who is reading this thing. I can’t promise that I’ll respond to every comment, but I will do my best.

Thank you for keeping me on your mailing list. I like your references to the daily treasury right now as mine is still packed and I'm not sure which box it found itself in. I appreciate the last post regarding the martyr, Robert Barnes. This reminds me that there are many martyrs for the faith today who remain nameless.
P.S. It will be super when we get our "The Lutheran Study Bibles"! I ordered mine at Higher Things last week!
Thankfully, Susan, in this country we are still able to avoid martyrdom for the most part!
The PR package from CPH for THE Lutheran Study Bible is due to arrive in congregations next week, I believe. Excitement is building. Each time I open up my Concordia Self-Study Bible I mourn for it, as I know it's days of more regular use are numbered.
Should we have some sort of memorial service?
I what to do with all the comments I've written? Rewriting them would take way too long!
